Terms and Conditions for Roe Valley Cycles Vouchers

  1. Validity and Redemption
    • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or issue.
    • Vouchers can be redeemed online through our website or in-store at our physical location.
  2. Delivery
    • Vouchers will be sent via email.
  3. Value and Usage
    • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for their monetary value.
    • No change or refund will be given for purchases less than the voucher value.
    • Vouchers may be used for purchases of a higher value than the voucher amount, with the difference to be paid by the customer.
  4. Restrictions
    • Vouchers cannot be used for orders through the “Cycles to Work” scheme.
  5. Loss or Damage
    • We cannot replace vouchers that are lost, damaged, or stolen. Please treat your voucher as you would cash.
  6. General Conditions
    • The voucher remains the property of Roe Valley Cycles.
    • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Delivery
UK Deliveries
Delivery should be expected between 4-7 working days unless stated on product page.

Delivery Of Bikes
All of our bicycles are fully built by our experienced and certified mechanics prior to delivery; all you will need to do is turn the handlebars and fit some pedals.

Delivery Of Turbo Trainers
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Turbo Trainers, but you are more than welcome to pickup your purchase from our store.

Signature Required
All our consignments irrespective of the carrier require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries are typically made between 08:00 and 18:00, so please bare this in mind when choosing a delivery address.

Wrong Goods/Arrived Damaged
There's no point in pretending that mistakes never happen, although it is very unlikely. If something does go wrong we want you to know that Roe Valley Cycles will get it sorted quickly.

Package Recycling
Where possible we do try to reuse packaging from our own suppliers in order to send purchased items to our customers. We ask if the packaging is still in good condition after you've received your goods, then please try to use it again or recycle it yourself.
