Postage

UK MAINLAND including Northern Ireland and also Isle of Wight and Isle of Man:

We will despatch your Parts & Accessories order within 48 hours and you should expect delivery within 4-6 working days. Handbuilt wheels will take a little longer as they are all individually handbuilt to order. Expect delivery within 8-10 working days. Frames and Complete Bikes will be despatched within 2-3 days. A 'Free Stock' list is available if you require a Frame or Bike urgently.

Carriage charges, which will be added at the end of your order are as follows:-

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS including IRELAND (Republic of) and CHANNEL ISLANDS:

Overseas customers should normally expect to receive their order within 3-8 days from the date of despatch. We will despatch Parts and Accessories and Clothing items within 72 hours. Handbuilt wheels will be despatched in approximately 8-10 days and Bikes will be despatched in 2-3 days from the receipt of the order.

Carriage charges will be added at the end of your order and are based on the weight, cost and volume of your order and the postal zone where your country is situated.Any order Including a Complete Bike is charged at the following fixed rate:

DTI Distance Selling Regulations

These Government Department of Trade and Industry regulations entitle you to a 7 day 'cooling off' period after you have received the goods you have purchased from us. This regulation is to give you the opportunity to examine the goods you have purchased as you would have when buying in a shop.

If you wish to exercise these rights and cancel your purchase you should return the goods to Roe Valley Cycles 35 Catherine Street Limavady Northern Ireland UK BT49 9DA within 7 working days from the date after the goods were received by you.

You can only cancel your purchase if the goods are returned to us unused, unmarked and in their original packaging. You will not be reimbursed with any postage or carriage costs.

V.A.T free sales

If you live in any of the EC Member states you must pay VAT. (EC Member states include UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland (republic of), Italy Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden).

If however you live in any country outside the EC (and this includes the Channel Islands) you are entitled to purchase all items VAT free. Please note that there may be import duties due on the goods you are buying. We suggest you contact your local customs office to find out if any duties apply

Privacy Statement

A1. Roe Valley Cycles values your privacy, and therefore do not disclose information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, and to store delivery addresses when you register. There is an option to store a cookie on the PC when you first register.

When you pay for goods your details are passed through paypal purely for payment processing and anti-fraud purposes, for your protection.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 . We will collect any information given at the time of the ordering process only to enable us to input and process your order.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. If you wish to be deleted from our mailing list at any time please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

Returns policy

Roe Valley Cycles will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us at the address specified below within 28 days of receipt of your order. Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the customer.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received Roe Valley Cycles will pay for the return shipping.

You must contact us for the correct returns procedure and a return authorization no.

Warranty Items

Please note that manufacturers warranties DO NOT cover shipping costs and these are normally paid by the consumer. In genuine warranty cases Roe Valley Cycles will ship the repaired product or replacement product free of charge to the customer. The customer will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to Roe Valley Cycles. You must contact us for the correct returns procedure and a return authorization no.
