We will despatch your Parts & Accessories order within 48 hours and you should expect delivery within 4-6 working days. Handbuilt wheels will take a little longer as they are all individually handbuilt to order. Expect delivery within 8-10 working days. Frames and Complete Bikes will be despatched within 2-3 days. A Free Stock list is available if you require a Frame or Bike urgently.

Roe Valley Cycles will accept returns as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us at the address specified below within 28 days of receipt of your order. Shipping costs on returns will be paid by the customer.
